All our outfits are handcrafted and made-to-order, hence once an order is placed, we would not accept any cancellations.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you purchase, but in the unlikely event that the outfit delivered is defective or damaged, please do connect with us via the Whatsapp link or email us on email@example.com , we’d be happy to help.
Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. All returns are subject to a quality check from our end, once it’s confirmed, we would do the needful to complete your order.
Please note we do not accept returns or refunds on International orders.
Any product ordered at a certain time, will not be cancelled or changed/adjusted to a discounted price if the product goes on a sale later.
